Privacy & data handling

Your catalog comparison runs on your device. The application does not upload your CSV contents or comparison results.

Files and comparison data

When you select a file or paste text, the application reads it into memory in this browser tab. It uses the column names, identifiers and values you choose to compare records. No AI service is used for the comparison.

The comparison code does not send file contents, filenames or report values to an application server. It does not save this working data in cookies, browser storage or a database.

Clear your workspace

Choose Reset comparison to clear the current file selections, pasted text and results from the application. Closing the tab ends the working session. Resetting does not delete your original files or reports you have already downloaded. Your browser, operating system and extensions may retain information according to their own settings.

Reports you download

A report is generated locally when you choose a download button. It may include full product records and sensitive business values from your exports. You control where you save it and whom you share it with. Delete downloaded copies using your device's file controls when you no longer need them.

Website hosting

Loading this website makes network requests for its pages and assets. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request URLs and browser information to deliver and secure the website, under its own policies. Browser-local comparison does not mean a visit creates no network requests.

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. See the hosting provider's privacy policy for its practices. The public comparison tool does not require an application account.

Advertising, analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 only after you choose Allow analytics. Before that choice, the Google analytics tag is not loaded. The comparison tool works equally well if you decline.

After consent, Google may process page views and interactions such as scrolling and link clicks, approximate location derived from network data, device/browser information, and cookie identifiers. We use this information to understand use of the website. We do not add file contents, uploaded filenames, matching keys or comparison results to analytics events. Page URL queries and fragments are excluded from our initial page-view configuration.

Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 90 days without extending their lifetime on each visit. Your allow/decline choice is stored locally for 180 days. This preference contains no comparison data. Use Privacy choices in the footer to change your choice or withdraw consent. Withdrawing stops further collection on this site and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not retroactively erase events already received by Google.

Google may process analytics data in countries outside your own. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner sites. User-level event data uses the property’s configured retention period; aggregated reports may be retained longer. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalization in this site’s tag configuration.

There is no AdSense code, advertising cookie or third-party font installed by the application. If advertising is introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before it is enabled.

When you email us

If you contact Ella, your email address and message are handled through Gmail to respond to your request. Send only the information needed to describe the issue. We use correspondence to respond to your request and handle related follow-up. You can ask for access, correction or deletion using the contact address below.

The application has no server-side copy of your comparison workspace to retrieve or delete. For information handled by the hosting or sign-in provider, use that provider's privacy request channels.
