Include the page address, the steps you took, your browser name and the expected result. If data is needed, use a few fictional rows and describe the matching columns and rules you selected.

Do not send original business exports, customer information, credentials or payment details. The comparison tool does not upload your working files, so a report cannot be looked up from a session or account.

Read Privacy & data handling for details, or return to the field notes for worked examples.
